A store is not a list of products. Neither is the clone.

One URL. Nesta Market fingerprints the platform, connects with an API token where one exists, and reads the store as a whole rather than scraping a product list.
It brings the store across
Products with their complete galleries, categories, pages, navigation, branding, homepage layout, shipping, tax and settings — recorded step by step, each marked done, partial, skipped or failed.
It publishes your storefront
A working storefront on your own subdomain, or your own domain connected and verified. Not a draft you then have to assemble by hand.
It checks the clone actually renders
A parity pass fetches the cloned pages and images and counts them against the source. If a load-bearing part came back empty, the job lands as "completed with gaps" and names what is missing.

We open access a few merchants at a time, and we read every request by hand. The clone is not a session we sit through with you — it runs on its own, reports what it brought across, and flags what needs your decision. There is no self-serve signup — a request goes to a person.

What merchants ask first.
Is this a product import, or does it really clone the store?
It clones the store. Products are the starting point, not the end of it — categories, content pages, navigation, theme and branding, homepage layout, blog posts, SEO, shipping zones, tax rules and store settings all come across too, and the storefront is published and checked at the end. It is not a spreadsheet import.
Can I import a CSV spreadsheet of my catalogue?
No. The way in is a live store address, which is how we bring across the things a spreadsheet never contains: your pages, your navigation, your branding and your settings. If your source store is already offline, talk to us — we can work from a capture rather than the live site.
What does not come across?
Two things, deliberately. Payment methods arrive as disabled placeholders with no credentials, so you reconnect PayPal with your own account — we never carry across a key we were not given. And a shipping rate your old store quoted live through a carrier arrives switched OFF rather than guessed at, because a rate we cannot reproduce is never quietly turned into free shipping. Sizes and colours do come across: options are rebuilt as sellable variants carrying their own price steps, so a long sleeve that cost three dollars more still costs three dollars more here.
How do I know the clone actually worked?
Every step of the run is recorded as done, partial, skipped or failed, and a parity pass afterwards fetches the cloned pages and images to check they really render. A run that finished but left a load-bearing gap is reported as "completed with gaps", not as success.
Why can't I just sign up?
Every Wade.Technology product is invite-only right now, and we open access a few merchants at a time. Request access and we will review it by hand. The gate is on getting in, not on how the work gets done — once you are in, the platform runs the clone itself, reports what it brought across and flags what needs your decision.
What does it cost?
Nesta Market is a paid product. Invited members are free while we are in invite-only, and we do not hold a card today, but that is a launch arrangement rather than a permanent one. Paid plans are expected to start at $20 per month for a store, and running the AI is a real cost that will be reflected in the final pricing. You will be told what your store costs, and given the chance to decide, before you are ever charged.
Who owns the store and the customer list?
You do. Point your own domain at it, export your data whenever you like, and leave with it.
